折疊（dié）狀產品如: 說明書、宣傳海報及各種不同尺寸的折疊狀產品;

本狀產品（pǐn）如: 說明書、卡片（piàn）書、筆記本、動漫小書、雜誌及各種不同尺寸的本狀產品，自（zì）動分（fèn）開，成單個傳送到輸送（sòng）帶上。它既能夠單獨作分卡計數使用（yòng），亦（yì）可以輕鬆地（dì）整（zhěng）合到相關聯的設備中作自動分卡、配合各種自動包裝線使用，例如: 枕式包裝機、立式（shì）包裝機、自動輸送機、自動收縮包裝機、裝箱機（jī）等。

主要性能（néng）及特點

伺服電機驅動係（xì）統，PLC控製器以（yǐ）及觸控界麵，操作簡單易用。各種設置、操作（zuò）均可在觸摸屏上輕鬆完成，同時具有存儲功能，設置好相關數據開機自動操作。

伺服電機Zui高速（sù）度（dù）可達到50米/分鍾。

自動發卡機對（duì）接全自動包裝機，根據不同的包裝數量（liàng）快速自（zì）動發卡。

漏卡、無卡自動報警功能，可（kě）選擇發單張、多張及連續發卡功能。

采用光電控製，開啟總電源開關後，光電感應（yīng），自動發卡。

與自動化包裝（zhuāng）設備的匹配，真正實現一體化自動包裝。

係統本身帶有多項功能設定，包括（kuò）預發（fā）卡長度、每次設定發卡數量（liàng）、重卡無卡片時（shí）有自動停機報警等功能，實（shí）時在（zài）線控製。
